middle eastern inspiration

Don't sue me! It's not actual traditional Middle Eastern dish. I was just inspired by this part of world. So there's grilled aubergine (why you British people can't just use "eggplant"? Jesus, I spent a while trying to spell that), variation of tabbouleh and meatballs. All topped with parsley.
